Items purchased from our online store can be returned for exchange at our outlet, or you can contact our customer service if you’d prefer to return the items via courier. Medanascrubs allows customers to exchange purchased items, subject to the following conditions. An exchange will be permitted if:
Customers must submit an exchange request (via email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp) within 7 working days of receiving their purchased item. The request should include the reason(s) for the exchange. To be eligible for exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
It is in its original packaging with the size tag intact.
The original invoice is included with the item being returned.
The item is free from any odors, stains, body scents, or signs of use or washing.
Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged. If a regular-priced item is bought and later goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the sale price.
Medanascrubs reserves the right to accept or deny any exchange request at its sole discretion. Once the request is accepted, our customer service team will notify the customer.
Please note, this exchange policy does not apply to orders shipped outside of Pakistan.
Medanascrubs has a strict “No Refund” policy, and cashback is not available. Our Exchange Policy applies once the customer has placed an order and received the parcel, or once payment has been processed.
